I've been mentored for years by professional and athletic trainers. I personally rely on coaches and trainers in attaining my own fitness goals, so I always have fresh ways to train, combining my methods with powerful insight from other professionals.
My training style is constantly evolving. The body is in continual growth and development when you shock it with a new program. The training plans that I develop are based on my personal experiences as well as those of my clients. I have a true passion for helping my clients achieve success.
