Personal Fitness Training

I stay on the cutting edge of health and fitness, constantly researching new supplements, training methods, and nutrition combinations for optimal results. I’ve been mentored for years by professional and athletic trainers. I personally rely on coaches and trainers in attaining my own fitness goals, so I always have fresh ways to train, combining my methods with powerful insight from other professionals.

My training style is constantly evolving. The body is in continual growth and development when you shock it with a new program. The training plans that I develop are based on my personal experiences as well as those of my clients. I have a true passion for helping my clients achieve success.

My Philosophy

The training philosophy that I have developed is made up of the 5 Cs:

Communication

Speak to me regularly about what you are going through and any stumbling blocks you are experiencing.

Consistency

Make an effort every day to create new lifestyle habits.

Commitment

Do whatever it takes, for however long it takes to accomplish your fitness goals.

Compliancy

Be willing to adhere to all parts of the program that is laid out for you.

Competency

Ultimately take your health and fitness into your own hands, learning how and why exercise and nutrition build the body that you desire.

By following the 5 Cs of training, you will be prepared to undergo the most powerful transformation of your life.

My Four Pillars of Fitness:

Nutrition

Bodyweight Mastery

Cardiovascular Conditioning

Flexibility

Taking on all of these principles effectively will unveil limitless potential for your health and wellness. Having balance in all areas ensures that you have sustainability on your voyage to a better you.

Commitment Leads to Results

One of my clients once said, “This is one of the hardest things I’ve ever done in my life. You have to be mentally prepared for this, and make your training a number one priority.” It’s true. You have to commit to it 100 percent or you’re wasting your time.

When you are working out, you always want to push a little harder than you did last time. Lift a little heavier, do an extra set, an extra few reps, sprint a little longer, always just feel like you are making forward progress. Nutrition fuels the body, and training uses the food you eat to make the work happen. If you’re ready to build the body you want, contact me to set up a consultation!
